i found a really kind staff. the lobby and rooms had nice designs. my large room included good amenities. the modern bathroom had great equipment. i especially enjoyed the kevin murphy cosmetics.

i noticed the ventilation and air conditioning did not work. it was almost thirty degrees, made opening the window noisy.

the room had a vertical steamer. (so useful!) a nespresso machine was also available. the lobby felt spacious, a very nice detail.

i found no fridge in the room. there also were no slippers. extra bath amenities, except for shampoo and shower gel, were missing.

Awesome Stay!

the hotel interior is minimal and pretty. I enjoyed my stay, and the staff was friendly and always available. The food was good, although the menu was limited (i liked the selection of cheese).

the room was far too hot. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, and the hotel changed to winter settings. The front desk's solution was to open the window.

the hotel is close to a major hospital. It is also very near to a bus stop with frequent routes and a metro station at a short walking distance, very convenient. A small supermarket across the road provides further convenience.

the breakfast buffet had a decent variety, though it did not change during my full stay. A restaurant within the hotel came in handy because everything around was closed for the holiday (it had a limited menu).
